2325 College Ave, Philadelphia

This property was acquired in derelict condition. It is across from Girard College, a historic boarding school in Philadelphia. The property was completely redone on the interior preserving the external walls only. The rest is essentially new construction. The final building inspection was completed on March 13. We're delighted with the quality of the finished product and the management of the project.
